Yeah that sounds about right, I'm guessing since they don't have the money to do that they would hand out a IOU. Of course you would have to accept it with no questions asked. Plus this is a nice way of saying gun confiscation or go to jail. Instead of "throwing them in the river" or loosing them. Seams like something needs to take place. I wonder what our Founding Fathers would do in this situation?
