A minor misdemeanor.
The getaway driver running a red light may be a minor misdemeanor but that doesn't change the fact it's how the getaway driver killed her.

If somebody flees from the cops and causes a fatal wreck, it's the cops fault for chasing them?

Got it!

The principle is called felony murder. Egging a car is almost certainly not a felony. Robbing a bank clearly is. There's the difference.
Criminal mischief is a misdemeanor but unauthorized use of a motor vehicle is a state jail felony.

If the unlicensed getaway driver had consent to drive the vehicle, the owner should be charged as an accessory in the woman's death, and also be named in the wrongful death lawsuit.

I thought that's only required if you're in a vehicle involved in a collision.

Are they going to charge everybody who drove past without rendering aid?
If the story is true and he was chasing them he was the proximate cause of the accident since he triggered the actions that led to the fatal crash.
The criminals were fleeing the scene of a crime when the getaway driver ran a red light and crashed into an innocent woman.

That was the proximate cause of the fatal crash.
