But that 2004 conviction was only a 10-month sentence for delivery of a controlled substance. Will posthumous relief for that mean much to the family when Floyd had 8 other Harris County convictions and had just served 5 years for a 1st degree felony armed home invasion before deciding to move to Minnesota?
