"During emergency situations" is the key wording here... if theres no emergency situations going on I'd say you aren't exempt from the signage.

does that mean if i go to red cross' website and take their "Adult First Aid/CPR/AED Online" that makes you exempt form 30.06 signage? :confused5

since we're on the whole "parks" topic, if a park isn't owned by the state or federal govt and there's no signage you can carry there right? I want to attend a relay for life meeting that's taking place at a local park and wasn't sure if it wouuld be ok for me to carry or not.
