If your wife is also going to handle the firearm you might want to consider something that is a bit more foolproof.
What you don't think the wife is capable of handling a Glock safely? :nono:
Or he could just get a Glock Lock :thumbs2:

They are very effective and very quick to remove in the event of needing to.
Save some coins and get your Glock Lock from the Hock Shop! :anamatedbanana

(Sorry folks, I just couldn't resist.)

Re: Own House -> Own Gun

I know this question is probably not gun related but why don't you like white painted brick? I don't like it either because I think it looks bad but that's just me. You seem to have a real reason for not having a house with it.

Just curious.

And congrats on moving into your new house!

Yeah, you guys are right! What was I thinking? You can tell the only thing I know about children is what I've read.

Re: Own House -> Own Gun

Hi Justice,

Let me add my Welcome To Texas to all the others and ask a question that has not been brought up yet.

You mentioned posibly children in the home and a Glock 17. My question is have you considered any other hand gun, perhaps one that has an external mechanical safety lever? With the Glock, as you know, a pull on the trigger makes it go bang every time and children, thanks to television know how to do that from the time they can walk. Few if any children know what a safety lever is all about as that's not explained on TV. Just some food for thought.
