Reserve Deputies and other law enforcement in Oklahoma must be Oklahoma C.L.E.E.T. certified. This means he may have been off-duty, but was still a active LEO.jmorris wrote:

None the less, this could have just as easily been a CHL holder who was allowed to carry on the job. Armed and prepared is armed and prepared.
