Yes I must say. In Ohio the signs carry the weight of law, it can be written on toilet paper with a crayons and it is a criminal charge to carry past it.

30.06 and 51% signs carry the weight of law here in Texas, but the blue sign mans they make less than 51% of their income from the sale of alcohol for on premise consumption.
