No offense meant to the organization in my attempt at levity in this uncertain time for gun owners. I respect those individuals that recognize they have a problem, can step up and admit it and then seek help. These groups are the way to assist them in overcoming that demon. My church sponsors various support groups and I admire their work. If there are those on the forum who have an addiction issue, I hope they too can get help. Unfortunately being chemically dependent makes you ineligible for a CHL.Oldgringo wrote:Should we be making light of "Friends of Bill W" ? I am hoping that the political fights we have ahead of us dont cause the 'Friends of CHarLes' to also become 'Friends of Bill W'.
