So from Application online to Plastic in Hand a little over 3 months!!

My process seems to be right on with the time frame they give you once you apply. I'm a May 2016 applicant. However you should have been a head of my process of course depending on criteria. I would call and email them.... They might have sent you mail requesting something and as you know our mail delivery system isn't always to be counted on. I've had several letters lost in transit to me. And in their defense if they mailed it... You got it.... So I'd be all over that phone and email. Best of luck to you!!

Emailed 3 times since June (no response)
Called 2 times this month and they say it's still sitting in "eligibility" but they haven't sent me any request for supporting documentation of any sort.

I'm hoping I see all green in the next few days but I'm done holding my breath at this point. I know that one of these days it will be worth the wait.

What has everyone done to help expedite the process if anything? I want to write my Rep. Anyone that is for/ or against that?

Well I've had pretty good success getting a hold of them via telephone and email. They will put you on hold to check the progress of your application if you email them through the website they will respond to you. At least they did for me. Just got a quick response.....

At least it's progressing... but don't do your happy dance yet. Mine stayed on PRINT PENDING for a week before it was all green. Hopefully within 10 days you will have some plastic in your wallet.

Right!! Who knows... The way they are processing, I might just end up going one step backwards!!! Lets see how long it takes from Printer to Hand!
