you have to get calling over and over to get into the cue. I called public safety commission and got someone to call me back about it and they sent my app to processing took exactly 7 days after my call to get my license. I was all in 3/3/16. 5124247771 is the number

I called Texas Public Safety Commission at 5124247771 and got a call back within two hours. As long as your background check is back someone there will put it in the rotation to be processed (7-10 days). I did that exactly 7 days ago and my status changed this morning.

Still no Website change or any mail or contact.

I called DPS today and received a call within 2 hours and a lady by the name of Danette called me back. She asked me for my DL and put me on a brief hold. She came back on the line and told me they had everything and processing usually takes 7-10 days. Then it should go to printing. I would give it a shot.
