I called the (512) 424-7293 number and after a 40 minute wait time, Sherry answered and told me that my application was approved for printing today 4/28/16 and that I should receive it in 14-21 days; not the 7-10 days Reggie told me earlier this week. I would recommend calling the "main" line and see what they say.
