Re: Students’ Criminal Background Check

This is an extremely sensitive subject for me. On February 15, 2016 I took my CHL Class (they took everybody's drivers license) and the whole time I was sitting there I was thinking somebody is going to come and ask me to leave (they didn't). I have lived with the same kind of scrutiny that I have ...

Re: Students’ Criminal Background Check

I believe one of the big reasons there are so many young people with criminal records is not just a breakdown in morals, but also a ramp up in police involvement. Back in the day, if a kid got into a fight at school, he might be suspended, or get corporal punishment (OMG! Swats on the butt!) or sen...

I should have been more specific... I meant I ordered a P-09, not the holster

Re: Boyert Shooting Center

Sorry to keep monopolizing this thread, but I just found out today that Boyert memberships are now good at both locations. Their Katy location is the closest range to my house, and their Westheimer location is the closest range to my work. Let's just say that this news made me very happy :woohoo :t...

Re: Walther CCP Reassembly

All who replied: Took the Walther CCP back to the dealer/gunsmith today. He refunded my money and is sending the gun back to Walther--he thinks there is something wrong with this particular one. So, I am now the proud owner of an FNS-9. Fits my small hands well, the ambidextrous magazine release wo...

Looks great! I was so jealous when I saw the first picture you posted, I had to order one too.

Re: My First CZ...

Would love to hear how you like it after you get it to the range. I've had my eye on the P-09's for a little while now.

Re: Boyert Shooting Center

I am a member at Boyert, and I cannot speak highly enough of their staff. I am more impressed with this range every time I go. They are always very helpful (but never pushy), and the facilities are top-notch. If you shoot more than a couple of times a month, the membership has proved more than wort...

Re: I Need A New EDC Knife

I carry a Benchmade Auto Presidio, and it is one of the sturdiest knives I've ever owned. I've compared it to the HK Benchmade line, and for me the additional price is well worth the upgrade in quality. http://www.bladehq.com/item--Benchmade-Presidio-Axis--165 Good looking knife! Thanks for posting...

Have we determined an average time after site change till the card arrives? It seems most of the ones I've seen were within a day or two.
Website changed for me on Friday morning 3/18, plastic in hand yesterday.
