1) Those emo kids are fun to hang out with. Why? Because any doubt of myself will quickly dissipate when I realize that the hot looking gals will rather date a chubby, hairy, hispanic like me than a skinny, crying, make-up wearing idiot.

2) With the exception of rainy days, I wear cargo shorts, t-shirts, and casual shoes year round. My first carry pistol was a SIG P229, the ONLY modification I made was wearing larger shirts and a thicker belt. Now, I carry a RIA 1911, no modifications at all. You'll get used to it, I promise that not even your buddies will notice it.
I'm pretty sure there's a rule against your number 1) there.
calling other people name's only makes you look like the name you call them.

The emo guys wearing girl jeans, that's tight-fitting clothes.
so,

I have a friend (believe it or not)

that wears similarly styled and sized clothing. had'em put on ye old Kimber Pro CDP in mah MTac an' wear it about the house for a bit. in one position it was so obvious it was funny. it truly made me think of what you were talking about, grip stickin' out all cock-eyed and what-have-ya. ~4:00, maybe 4:15. moved it a little further back (5-5:20PM CST) and it disappeared.
sat in a computer chair, leaned back (cue "Lean Back..."), we even played some of the ol' gee-tars, no issues, no printing, no small shirts hung up and all over. So it can be done. even with the designer shirts with the stereotypical gothic lettering and a word like "Mystikal" or some-such, it can be done.
now, you may have to modify how you pick things up, and just get used to it, overall, but it can be done.

mr.72 wrote: BTW DoubleJ that vid you saw of me is with one of the loosest shirts I own. :) No prob concealing under THAT one. It's the other two dozen in my closet that are going to be the problem areas.
Well, I figured, and considered that. I think most t-shirts or polo shirts will be sufficient. just gotta get yer holster to ride right. you might try right behind your right hip, canted forward, and I think that'd be pretty square. it's all a game till you get it sorted!
you can do the purse carry, just make sure your manbag is either on you, or still "under your control," which to me, would be arm's reach. if I was at a coffee house, riling up liberals, :reddevil you wouldn't wanna leave it so as someone could grab it and dash off. know whadda mean?

You guys never cease to amaze me.
Thanks, we try.

personal attacks, aside, I went through similar stuff when I first started carrying, a few years ago. I've seen your wardrobe, you can do it, even with that monster S&W (I carry one, occasionally, too). you just have to make sure the shirt tails come down over your jean line. carry around the house every second you can, and get used to fixing your shirt as you stand up.
unless you're wearing those emo pants that dudes borrow from their sister, you should be alright. you don't have to pull'em up to your belly button, neither. Once you get your Kahr, this is all going to get a lot easier.
