I'm not sure what you mean by a weapon "seen" under clothing. If you are talking about a sheer shirt over a weapon, then yes that would not be concealed. If the weapon is sticking out under a shirt so the barrel is visible, then that is also not concealed. But if you are talking about a bulge under a non-sheer shirt, then that is not a violation of CC.Solsand wrote:New to the forum- Question...
