It cant go both ways why not honor their decision illegal sign and all and not even CC if an establishment clearly intends they dont want guns on their property. An example those stupid signs with a picture of a gun and a line through them. My point is there has to be a line the law is beyond clear and the signs are very cheap $15-$30 for window signs. Now if you have been given verbal notice that is a different story and a whole different issue with all kinds of problems within itself. Example you go into large store lets say walmart an employee tells you to leave but not the manger. Were you given notice? Dont worry im sure we will have a few new case law studies.
