I feel your pain. I have been in a similar situation. There are always inconsiderate buffoons that cross your path, especially in apartment buildings.
1. Lose the country boy attitude.
2. Talk to your neighbors. If that doesn't work see step 3, etc.
3. Talk to your landlord.
4. If they are breaking the law, talk to the police.
5. Move. Moving is always inconvient, even if you want to.
What is a UFC kind of guy?
