He was clearly confusing Winchester's policy with the law. It's just annoying how employees at gun shops / ranges believe that they are the ultimate source of knowledge for all things related to firearms.

It is a few miles after Nasa Raod 1 going South on I-45..They have great prices for deals for renting and buying, and also good customer service.
