I hear people say the Bill of Rights hasn't been "incorporated" so it doesn't apply to the states. Only the feds.

If what you're saying is right then it sounds like the Bill of Rights doesn't apply to the feds either. :headscratch
That's a whole different thread. This one is about keeping Brian704 out of the slammer while he and his wife visit Space Center Houston and NASA.

I am not saying that the Space Center building doesn't have some good stuff. The exhibit of the early spacecraft and hardware from Mercury through Apollo is essential. I am just annoyed by the exhibits that try to make it an amusement park or carnival.

To me, taking the tram and touring the actual NASA buildings is more interesting than the space center. If you have kids, then the opposite is probably true. I had no idea that Disney ran Space Center Houston. That explains some of the "attractions" that I saw during my last visit.
