I have an arrest from 12 years ago. No conviction. Non disqualifying.

I've called 3x in the last 3 weeks. When I called today she said "Oh I see you've called in a few times. You're in background check, please be patient."

I thanked her for her help and asked if there was any sort of update/timeline info she could provide and she pretty much said "No, just be patient."

I have a similar time line. I'm right there with you. I called today and was told I'm at least 2 more weeks from even being moved to processing.
