Did my Wally Walk... So I'm official now lol

Didn't do a Wally walk, but an HEB walk...twice .
I know.....it doesn't count! Maybe this weekend. For everyone still waiting... Just plan on 60 days... And if you get it early...cool!

Checked the website this morning and it shows change information section!

I'm sure I will get it in a few days now.

I have updated my original post...and will hopefully be back in a few days to say it was approved and issued

Update Jan 8th - I called today and was told it was still in background and if they needed anything they would send me a letter. I said I thought after 54 days they would have already sent a letter if they needed something. He couldn't answer that but I got the feeling he was just tired of phone calls. Anyway I'm not going to call again for at least a week...

I think they may be telling everyone the same thing. I have tried calling a few days now but only get the message about nobody available. Anyway... Website not changed yet and I'm getting close to the 60 day mark. The good news for all those waiting is it does get easier when you give up hope!

Update: I called on December 18th.
Was told still in background, but should be ready in a couple of weeks.
So hopefully I may have it by year end.
No arrests, but did pay a hefty fine for a hot check back in 1997 when I was 19. It was a class c misdemeanor.
Wanted to share the info in case it might help someone else.

I called after 6pm and did not have to wait at all on the phone.

Been lurking here a while now.
