For summer:

Khaki shorts, OWB holster (Kimber Ultra Carry), and a T-shirt. GUN BELT!

Kind of prints....keep your elbow tucked into your side and no worries.

If I'm feeling to lazy to block with my arm I'll throw on a button up shortsleeve and button a couple of middle buttons (less buttons = less fabric tight against the gun).

I usually wear an IWB holster in my shorts at 4-5 o clock (almost an SOB, but its FBI cant) and a t shirt. Prints a BIT, not enough to scream gun. Its hot.
