Hi Chris,
My original concern was based on the information that my CHL instructor passed along to our class. He told us we should have a PIN to track our status after ten days. That just is not happening for many people who mailed their applications into DPS. So after nearly double ten days time, I became concerned whether or not my application packet was even recieved by DPS-CHL Bureau. Our instructor also told us that 1 out of 5 applications were lost. Uggh... I dodn't know where he got that information, but I hope it is not true.
I have also heard that only a few people are processing these thousands of applications. I'll be patient but check in case something hangs in the process, then I'll check on it.
