I have had my background investigated for several jobs I have applied for in the past and nothing has changed since then. When I received my PIN I had trouble logging so I gave them a call, come to find out someone had my birthday wrong and he changed it. Since then I have had no problems logging in, do you guys think that should be something to worry about as far as processing?
Its 90 days. There is an in-depth explanation I posted on the forum, but it is 90 days.

DPS sends an investigator into the county clerks offices where you live/work to do a hands on background. They also query the AGs office, the Texas Student Loan Corporation and Tax Office. It is time consuming; however, sometimes applications can get placed aside. I would not worry under your time frame, but again, a phone call could not hurt.

Did the holidays slow our already slow state govt. down? I know they have my stuff and I got my PIN around Jan. 3 or so? Should I give them a call or will I just get the standard "we have 60 days response" which is has almost been 60 days from Dec. 1st? What do you guys think?
They have 90 days.

If you are really anxious a phone call won't hurt.
