Yeah buddy! That little single shot with a butt cuff can't get any simpler than that and with practice you can get six aimed shots off in a minute or less. Gun is ~$100 butt cuff ~$5 2/0 buckshot ammo 15 round value pack at Wal Mart $10. So for $125 or so you can defend yourself. Maybe not optimum but it beats a stick and stern look.Armybrat wrote:

Why? I love the look in a predator's eyes when they learn it's not a sheep he's dealing with. Shotguns are the great equalizer (sorry Col. Colt but it's true) way more than a handgun. Never show your hole card.stroguy wrote:

I agree with the suggestion of a Coach Gun. An old time gun writer, Major George C. Nonte, once said "The speed someone comes to your point of view is inversely proportional to the square of the bore." He called it Nonte's axiom. He said a double barrel 10 gauge was the ultimate persuader.
