I would guess that ALL guns are purchased legally and 95% is probably a correct number as well. Some day a real reporter will provide a breakdown showing how many of those firearms were cycled through the Mexican police and military before reaching the cartels. The moment that happens, the topic will change. The left will still push gun-control, they will just have to shift the "reason". After a period of time, when the "public" forgets these lies, the articles will reappear to support more bans. It's a never ending cycle of lies. Goebbels would be proud.
