On a side note, check your weapon weekly to see that it is still properly lubricated. By the time you get your CHL the weather will have cooled down some, but Texas summers can cause temperatures inside your vehicle to approach 140 deg. F.
Many gun oils and greases are affected at these temperatures (especially the oils).
