Me too, learned the hard way. I have bought some great deals at gun shows only to get home and find they have personal issues I gotta fix.

You might want to get a real smith like andyc involved. Apparently the mfr cant do it.

Just for your own edification, google a bull barrel. The end is huge, much bigger than that little lip on yours.
