Breny414 you keep saying if they can cut it. That is what people are telling you, that the level women will need to meet in order to "cut it" will be lower than men for the same job. That isn't cutting it, that is just putting women into the position to pander to people. That isn't equality of opportunity, that is equality of outcome.

It is really tough the shooter was born and raised in US. Had the same "dumping down" cadering. What goes in one's mind is really tough to discover/monitor/predict.

Pretty much impossible. People close to someone might get warning signs, but even then you don't know what is going to happen just that behavior has changed.
