I'm not sure which really comes first, but my status changed on 3-11 and I didn't receive my license until 4-1.

I don't think I would call them, if they find something they will let you know soon enough. If its been that long, there probably no computer records anyway. Just relax and wait 30 days or so then call to check if you haven't heard anything or your status hasn't changed.

My emails were never answered, always had to call. Not sure how they get away with never answering emails.

My status change on march 11th and didn't receive license til 4/6. It definitely CAN take awhile to receive plastic after approval.

I emailed them twice and never did get a reply other than the confirmation email saying to give them time to reply.

Yes, that's how you know when your status has changed. Caught me by surprise when I saw it. I had to do a double take.

Mine came today in an envelope with the dps logo printed in the return address space as you would expect it to look

Keep checking back and you'll see an additional list of options once they've completed the process. Simply means you have been approved and lincense will go to print and be mailed shortly
