Probably a good time to point out the futility of the unilateral agreements in Texas. There is no motivation for a reciprocal agreement once that is in place. If they do not want us CHL's there, why do we want them here. My impression of this provision is to allow the folks who deny their citizens the right to carry in their own state, or make it virtually impossible for them to get a license.
