Border Patrol arrests illegal immigrants. Illegals test positive for Covid19. Border Patrol releases immigrants to "a Catholic charity," (not identified in the article) which in turn houses them in a local motel in Katy, which apparently has been rented out in its entirety for this purpose. Illegals are not restricted to the motel so a group goes to a local Whataburger where they proceed to cough and sneeze but skip wearing mask. Manager wants them out and calls local cops, which is the first that the City found out that Joe is sending infected illegals into the City with no apparent quarantine or enforcement of CDC guidelines for those suspected of having Covid.
