Waiting to receive it.

2. CHL-85 & CHL-86 forms (both of these must be notarized)
3. Passport and US Visa copy.
4. CHL-100 form (this form is provided directly from your instructor once they have signed it)
5. I-94 copy. I have include copy of my I-20 to make sure they got everything they wanted.
6. Hunting license copy.(Thats one of the exception for nonimmigrant alien under US Visa you can get from Walmart or Academy, other than that exception will be hard to get)
