Re: How often do you carry?
I carry all the time. At work, home, church, and sometimes in court. You name it, I carry there. Oh! I forgot a small detail, I'm a popo.

Re: Taco Cabana gets robbed
Maybe the robber(s) couldn't read. They thought the sign said "Now guns allowed"
instead of "no guns allowed".

Carrying in School zones
I understand that if you have a CHL you can legally carry while dropping off your kids at school, but what if you don't have a CHL? Does having a gun in your vehicle illegal? Thanks in advance.

Re: Odd situation at Academy Sports
Funny you guys mention this. I was on a field trip with my little boy's 2nd grade class to Majik theathers in San Antonio last Friday. Well, as luck would have it, all the meter parking was taken up by other parents and so forth. I decided to ask a Goodyear Tire shop manager if I could park in his p...

Re: Prosperity Bank now 30.06
Is the sign a ghost buster or an actual 30.06 sign? I bank with them in NB, so I'll be making a trip over there and see what is going on.
Thanks for the heads up. Later.

Re: Gunman reported shooting on Illinois campus
I know this joker could read. Didn't he see the sign that says "NO GUNS ALLOWED"!!!!!
What is wrong with people today? Total disregard for the "NO GUNS ALLOWED" signs should be dealt with harshly! A word to the Gov. of Ill. "wake up you jackass"!

bburgi, my wife and I are taking the course at our church. Yesterday was our second meeting, so the long road to debt free is ahead of us though I see a small shiny light at the end. Darn, should've bought a new pistol before the class.

Re: another carjacking gone bad
45 4 life, I agree with ya. Too many folks are simply too eager to hand over whatever the BGs wants and hope for the best. Are you really wanting to place your safety in the hands of the BG who just pulled a gun or knife on you? We need to stop having the mindset of sheep and kick the wolves when yo...

Re: GUNS (CHL) in schools on FOX 4
It was a good segment, but I too wished Mr. Guzman would've mentioned the Colo. shooting. As for the student victim, well I guess sheeples will always be sheeples. He mentioned something about how crazy it would've been if there was another gun involved or present(CHL present), well, I could only sa...

Though I do make a good living in what I do at the moment, I've come to a crossroads in my life where my sanity is in jeopardy if I stay at my present position. I've always seen myself in public service in one facet or another. Here at NBPD the starting pay is 43K+ after completing the academy. This...
