I received a letter dated 10/7 (mailed 10/9) that I need to submit my prints within 90 days of the letter or my application is void.

Is it common for the L1 contractors to drop the ball like this? Not really sure what to do at this point.

What are you folks getting for confirmation that all items have been received? App online, fingerprints done, and uploaded my CH-100. Am I missing something?
