Logically, yes. It would have been more accurate for me to say that this would sometimes work when the customer and I both thought it wouldn't. It was always one of the first things we were supposed to try and sometimes it worked when it didn't make sense. I am absolutely not a techie. I used to work customer service and this would sometimes work even when the customer was certain it wouldn't.
