Congrats. Mine changed this morning as well giving me the options to change address, report stolen card etc. Looks like we will be the last 2 out of here though LOL.

OMG... just called again today seeing it has been another week.Currently at 77 days. They told me it was printed this morning and being mailed out and would receive it in the next 7 to 10 business days. Looks like I may be out of here soon.

Amazing! Contacted my Rep. and the DPS contacted me a few mins ago. Need some info on a conviction from 2000 to prove that it was a misdemeanor and I need to send it in first thing tomorrow and then my license will be in hand in about 10 days! You would think that would be there job to research it ...

That means you've been arrested before, files of those who have been arrested take much longer than someone who's never been arrested before. Currently at 71 days. So called last week and was told my background check was still in progress which is what they have said for the last 2 weeks. Another week has passed so I decided to call again today they said that my file had been sent to a technician for further review and that and I will eit...

I'm in the same boat. All my documents were delivered on 05/14/14 and they just said last Friday they just received them on 7/3/14. At least they are acknowledging they did receive them now.

I just called and they told me they received all my documents and just waiting for background check to finish which should be by next week he said. He told me the Web site has been pulled down for upgrading which is why I have no status update still. I'm at 58 days now since my documents were delive...

My status is showing the same thing now. My only thoughts is they got tired of everyone harassing them about the waiting for materials and removed it completely LOL or they are working on the site and it will go back to the normal message tomorrow
