I actually use a small wristlet that is big enough for my iphone even with my IDs, cards, cash, and lipstick/chapstick. It stays on my wrist. Since I've just received my CHL, I haven't gone to the store with it yet. I may drag the bigger purse out for a Wally Walk this weekend.

Total time from mailing to receipt in my mailbox - 73 days or 10 1/2 weeks.

So from mailed CHL - 100 on 3/17/14 to mailed 5/23/14 = 67 days

Took them forever to clear my background. Could be due to the fact I moved back home to Texas in 2010. I did have a CWP in Michigan, though.

I think the chl-100 is good for 2 years. But the timeline for them starts when they get your whole packet, so if you sent it 3/17, it should update anytime now. I uploaded mine 3/17 and got my first update today. That is good news! I was hoping that was not what was holding up the updates. Thanks! ...
