Ouch.. don't look at the April thread. They're getting updates and plastic, too. I figured that. It seems like the majority of us February applicants fell into some type of "black hole." I imagine since most of us that are waiting from Feb. probably are only waiting on background checks, ...

Well status changed to manufacture pending this morning.

61 days up to this point.

Probably for a clean record I could see a 2 day turnaround. I called and a rep told me they were trying to "rule out" something concerning my background. But he said everything looked to be alright. I know I will be waiting for a minute!

I'm still on day 65 since document upload with no update yet on the website. Does this seem unusual to you guys? I tried calling and got either that the agents aren't accepting calls at all, or it would be a 30+ minute wait. So I emailed them. Anyone ever have luck hearing back from an email inquir...

My online status did update the next day

Congrats. Could you elaborate on that duplicate issue. Did you send twice or was there another person with the same name?

Finally......status updated online.
The rep I spoke with on Friday morning said it would update this morning. CHL packet received by mail on 3/20.

Well thought this morning my online status would change being that my CHL packet was received on Mar 20 and other folks who sent in around same time received updates online. No update! So I called just now and rep said mine was received and in line to be processed in and it should update by tomorrow...

Well JR Texas, my CHL was received on Mar 20. Maybe tomorrow mine will update, cause it sure hasn't this morning

And when did you submit your packet? By mail or uploaded? Just curious.....
