It recently (Jan 1) changed to just a fine. A $200 one, but a fine nonetheless. It's a Class C Misdemeanor. Prior to Jan 1, it was a Class A misdemeanor, with many more repercussions, including loss of CHL for at least 5 years.Dave09 wrote:There should be some kind of penalty.
