Safariland 6365-7742-61 (Right hand with attached light) - That is a Level III with 1.5" drop, if you don't mind those

You're good to go while on duty. While off duty you may carry within the GFSZA area provided you possess a CHL (in Texas), but you won't be able to enter the premises with a concealed weapon.

I think you'll need to be hired and sworn in first for LE discounts.

Any reason you're looking elsewhere? GTDist has served me well and I've never had any issues with them. For LE pricing you'll need credentials just about anywhere that offers discounts.
