I have been waiting over 90 days for an update, but there appears to be a black hole before the middle of December. From what I see most people after me get theirs in 4 to 6 weeks, give or take.

Class done 11/30/13, all paper work scanned and turned on 12/5/13. Website still hasn't updated. Emailed them in late December, one month later got a reply that said I didn't need to do anything and it could take up to 8 weeks to get and update. 10 weeks after 12/5/13 i tried calling. I had everything done and turned in online the first week of December and have had zero updates. I called the 512-424-7293 number this morning and was told they are working on the middle of December and my paper work is probably in that group, so check back in a couple of weeks. 10 weeks and counting.

I find it interesting how the State doesn't do these in order. I turned in everything by 12/6 and haven't seen one update yet. I see people that turned the paperwork in back in November are still waiting for the first update, too.
