How do you find that info on TABC.texas.gov?JustSomeOldGuy wrote: ↑Tue Oct 01, 2024 9:45 pm There is a metric ton manure-load of places that are displaying 51% signage that do not hold a 'Red' TABC permit. And the only way to know for sure is to do a lookup at TABC.texas.gov about three minutes before you enter the premises.

Re: Comal County Fair and Rodeo Weapons Policy
I talked to couple of sheriff deputies once I got thru the gate at the rodeo arena. They said because there is an amusement park that would be considered off limits for concealed carry holders. Besides, there is a 51% sign per the officers. No metal detectors. No reasons why one couldn't carry a poc...

Comal County Fair and Rodeo Weapons Policy
I’m going to the Comal County rodeo tonight.
There is no mention on the Comal County Fair website about a weapons policy.
Can someone who has been this year comment on this.
I called and was told no guns and/or knives.

Defensive carry/trigger enhancement kits
This is a question for attorney's. Are trigger enhancement kits or as Cajun Gun Works calls them, standard package(for defensive carry) problematic for CHL holders? I have an Apex trigger kit in my CZ 75D Compact PCR. I am considering buying one for my RAMI. Both of these pistols are carry guns. Sho...

Re: 3006 Signage
Yup. Hornady lock box.
Surprisingly there was no signage prohibiting license to carry holders from legally entering the building.

3006 Signage
Good afternoon, I've searched on the Texas 3006 site for info on the IBC Bank Building on 5615 Kirby Dr. I didn't see any listing for that location. Other IBC Banks around Texas have the signage for 3006 and 3007. Has anyone been to the IBC Bank building on Kirby Dr. lately? I seem to remember that ...

3006 or 51% Signage
Howdy,
Has anyone attended a performance at MainSteet Crossing in Tomball? I didn’t see any listing when I searched on the 3006.com website. One of my favorite performers will be there this month.

Hi, Has anyone recently visited Saint Arnold Brewing Company in Houston? I am planning on going today for a tour and wanted to verify the status of whatever signage they may have displayed. I see that the last comment on texas3006.com is from 3/2017. Not sure how to verify current license informatio...

Legal to carry???
I know it's legal for an individual to have a gun in their house for protection. Is it legal to carry a gun(concealed) on your property without a LTC?

Re: Assisted Living/Rehab Facility
Well, it did have both the 30.06 and 30.07. Proper signage legally displayed. Decided to unholster my gun and stowed it away in the console. The facility is gated so I was fairly comfortable doing so.
I will post pics of both 30.06 and 30.07 on Texas3006.com
