There is no mention on the Comal County Fair website about a weapons policy.

I know it's legal for an individual to have a gun in their house for protection. Is it legal to carry a gun(concealed) on your property without a LTC?

Well, it did have both the 30.06 and 30.07. Proper signage legally displayed. Decided to unholster my gun and stowed it away in the console. The facility is gated so I was fairly comfortable doing so.
