Seeing how specific that law is, I think if they meant the sign has to be ALL CAPS then that section of the law would have give the example in ALL CAPS.

If the letters on a sign are too small it is not valid 30.06 notice and concealed is concealed.

I just keep wondering about the poor tipsy girls, who perhaps after a night of clubbing and drinking, are too impaired to get their own underwear off in time to go to the bathroom. That alone is a deal breaker for me. That might be a deal breaker for a lot of rapists too but beware the ones it turn...

I believe in accidental discharges. If somebody slips and falls, and the gun fires without anybody touching it, I call that an accident. On the other hand, if somebody is careless and presses the trigger without intending to shoot and the gun fires, it is tough for me to sugar coat their carelessnes...

If they are not comfortable carrying a gun they know in their daily life, i am not at all comfortable with them handling my gun in a high stress situation. I sure wouldn't volunteer to give my handgun to some stranger who claims to be a cop.
