Yall are starting to give me hope I am at least close. Submitted Nov 26 and still no updates. I do kinda wonder, I pay my child support direct to my ex. I don't go through the AG. I hope they don't have an issue with this. I would pay child support directly through the AG if you have a court order....

Do they check your federal taxes as well as your state taxes ? As part of the background check ?

TeXaS SoB, I would call them and check the status. I called this morning and they told me my background check was complete. They were just waiting on the investigator to release the application so that they could mail it .
