I haven't seen not one person here say they were ok with the extortion. Only explanation of what has been going on. The hole reason the shooting happened is because the Cossacks felt they no longer should have to answer to another club. That's why they stopped paying dues and decided they would rock the Texas rocker.
Also. I don't believe the Christian group pays anything to anyone or answers to anyone. They were at the meeting for the reason the meeting is held. Motorcycle legislation and safety.
The reason who has what colors is an issue to them is I am sure they don't want to be mistaken for an owtlaw (or any other) club due to colors being too similar.
There are actually several benefit thy clubs that are not required to pay dues. The Christian group.... B.A.C.A. Which means BIKER AGAINST CHILD ABUSE. And yes...they still look like bikers but that doesn't mean they are outlaws.

Re: Shooting at Twin Peaks in Waco
For impound vehicles it is 45 days...2 certified letters have to be sent to both owner and lein holder (If there is one)
I am not sure how this will be handled since they are evidence right now. Any that actually have proof of evidence like blood and bullet holes...can be held till after the owners trial.

That many head shots I am betting were close quarter shots.

Re: Shooting at Twin Peaks in Waco
Yes I am very aware of that.
You do realize that the same people on this forum that preach "innocent until proven guilty" are the same ones that are jumping on the FRY EM ALL wagon? The same ones that scream the MSM is liberal and full of it are not willing to accept that some of these guys are GREAT PEOPLE....but because they belong to a Motorcycle Club they must be criminals....
I happen to know (as I mentioned) several of the Cossacks and though they may get rowdy, they are far from criminals.
Yeah...they did put the TEXAS rocker on their vest and in doing so kicked dirt in the face of the other club ..... knowing it will cause issues. But they are willing to stand up for themselves and not be bullied.

GOOGLE IT...look at their vests front and back. NO 1% PATCHmojo84 wrote:Target1911 wrote:
Ya may want to check your facts. Cossacks are not a 1% Club and do not wear a 1% patch
Where can we verify this?
I am no having to help out the wife and kids of one of the guys locked up. I have known him, his brother and a cousin for 10 years. This one guy has been a member less than 2 yrs One of the guys killed, Wayne, I have known through work for 14 yrs. I seen him drop 5 grand on another of my friends, Dad's funeral. That was out of his pocket and from his heart.
My friends wife and kids will have to move out of their house because he was caught in this drag net charge. My friend has a UCW charge for over 15 years ago. Far cry from being a criminal if you ask me.
Whats crazy is there is a guy in the same jail on CAPITAL MURDER and his bail only 100k

All the while the rest of the club is living up to its 1% patch.
We did receive multiple APBs warning of the death threat to LEOs. We take this very seriously.

As to all the other criminal activity you say they do.....I honestly cant say one way or the other but I do know that the handful That I have known [ranging] from 10 to 14 years are not and would not be involved in such activities. However they dont mind getting a little rowdy....but you dont have to be a biker to enjoy that.
also some have made mention over the years of getting shot by the cops while you are defending yourself against a bad buy.... IF the cops actually did fire a shot, that is exactly what happened.

Re: Shooting at Twin Peaks in Waco
That order to kill is bogus.
Also the main beef has been between Cossaks and Banditos has been going on for over a year.
The meeting was to squash the differences.
The cops never fired a shot
scimitars are a sister group to the cossaks
7 cossaks dead
2 banditos
The cossaks were ambushed in the parking lot
I am not affiliated with either club but I have known 1 of the dead for nearly 15 years through work. And 2 others for over 10 years. Met them before they joined the club.
About 90% of what the media is saying either speculation or hog wash.
