We could get a group of bikers together, dress them in pink leather, give them a handful of flowers, and call them "The Presidential Protection Core" if we were so inclined. Essentially you can call your unarmed neighborhood watch a militia as they technically meet the definition.

From what I heard, April 19 was the only day the Second Amendment March people could get a permit from the National Park Service around tax day for the rally. Maybe next year they can get a permit for a better date.
