Update: Mailed on Friday 08/16/2013 and 4 days later i still dont have it.. I would think mail anywhere in TX is 2-3 days

Welcome to the forum. You need to be sure to list the arrest on your application. It is also best if you can provide a copy of the final disposition from the court clerk where the case was finalized. Thanks. The underlying cause was for no insurance. We had a rough few years financially, kid was sick with a chronic illness, lost house to foreclosure because of compounding medical bills etc..
