I don't know what the occupation is, but in some - medical conditions and mental health are valid concerns..

It's like anything else, you can refuse to answer, but you won't get employed.

Differentiate between questions your healthcare provider is encouraged to ask and questions they're required to ask. Do you have to answer?

The scottmeador has no choice but to answer these questions as a condition of employment. That's much more invasive. It's hard for me to think of an occupation where all of this information is necessary.. Some of it, yes, but all...
