Life really does imitate art at times. For instance, more than ten years ago, comic Chris Rock proposed in a stand-up program that if bullets were made unaffordable, there would be much fewer shootings. Cook Region, Illinois, seems to agree, which is why that county, which Chicago occupies, is suggesting a bullet tax that would help defray the costs of crime.
