No concealed carry on federal property! Includes corps of engineer's lakes, post offices, VA hospitals, and of course military bases, so why would it not include federal waters?

If the boat stays with in 9 nautical miles, and the boat is not posted than your good to go. But is the boat goes past 9 nautical miles than your in Federal waters. after you get out 12 nautical miles than it is international waters.
